After Weddings. The Partying Goes On. Gabrielle Konali

You know that your wedding day was one of the best days of your life, but you might also feel that it went by too fast and you feel like you need more. Do you want the party to go on a little longer? Are you thinking about organising some kind of surprise activity where you can keep on celebrating with your friends and family? Don’t miss our after wedding suggestions.

Invite them to a brunch

After a night’s dancing, you will need to rest for a few hours to get your strength back. And you’ll wake up in a fabulous mood and full of excitement if you know that you are going to keep on having fun with your loved ones at a special brunch. In addition to juices, coffees, eggs made in different ways and a variety of breads, Canary Islands brunches will also give you a chance to try some typical foods, including “almogrotes” (cheese, pepper and garlic paste), “gofio” (flour made from roasted grain) mixed with honey and almonds, and “chistorras” (mini chorizo-style sausages).

Plan an excursion

Our archipelago is full of amazing places that your guests will love. Wander along the magical trails in our national parks, take a camel ride over the dunes or go out in a boat to see the whales and dolphins. Release some adrenalin in our water parks, doing some bungee jumping or having a game of paintball. Organise a picnic, a barbeque or a pizza party somewhere with beautiful views of our land. Visit our museums, theatres or cinemas. The perfect plan just depends on your tastes and hobbies.

Pamper yourself, pamper them

If you have used up more energy than expected on the dance floor, the best way to recover is with a spa day. Share one with your near and dear in petit comité with a sauna, Turkish bath, foot spa, hydrotherapy jets and bubble beds, massages… Your body and your guests will thank you.

Organise a special screening of your wedding video

The previous day will have been full of moments and anecdotes, some of which you are sure to have missed. To see and reveal the key moments from your big day, your photographer and/or videographer can put together a short Same Day Edit for you to see with your friends and family. If you feel like reliving part of the celebration after watching it, you can add the crowning touch with a disco session (a little shorter than on your wedding day), where you can all show off your best moves again.

After weddings. Fun and more in Canary Islands.
